Lighting maintenance

In our Lighting Maintenance program, we provide a monthly or quarterly assessment of your facility. You will also receive a lighting plan with all lighting fixtures, numbered for easy identification. After the assessment you will receive an estimate for the replacement of lamps or ballast. Once you approve the estimate we will schedule.

 

LED Lamp

We prefer to use LED replacement lamp for the fallowing reasons.

1. Longevity. The typical LED lamp has a 50,000 hour life rating.

2. Energy Savings.

3. Ballast Bypass. Many LED lamps can run on 120-277 volt. Saving you the cost of replacing the existing ballast in you light fixture.
